Elizabeth Wampler and Abby Thorne-Lyman will be in the Twin Cities to meet with the Advisory Group for the TOD Priority Market Framework. The Framework will be an implementation tool to assist the region in prioritizing investment along transit corridors based on market readiness for investment, existing infrastructure for TOD, and social characteristics that connect people to jobs. This project is being funded by the McKnight Foundation.

The purpose of the meeting will be to ensure a shared understanding of TOD, affordable housing, equitable TOD; understand current initiatives in the region around transit connectivity, compact growth, and equity, and other relevant concepts, and how they result to the objectives of this work; review current financing tools; and feed this information into next steps in the project.
