The national Transportation for America campaign opened a new website today, May 14. MyCommuteSucks.org is T4America's attempt to give everyday folks an opportunity to express their frustration about their commutes -- and every other aspect of getting around -- and direct their rage at Congress while learning something about ‘why’ it sucks along the way.
The site has a petition to Congress on the front page but the real core of the site is the ability to share awful commute stories — with photos and video — and then read and rate those stories.
MyCommuteSucks.org gives Americans all over the country – in big cities, small towns, and everything in between – a chance to let it all out and tell Congress exactly what they feel. Letting it all out is the first step to changing the system. Getting personal with Congress comes next. Rage against your ride, then help turn the tide!
It may seem like transportation isn't the most pressing issue…
