The Utah Transit Authority (“UTA”) is requesting qualifications and financial proposals from responsive, responsible, qualified parties interested in developing 48 acres of property at the UTA 10000 South Sandy Civic Center TRAX station in Sandy, UT. The objective is to build a village that will increase ridership, be high-density mixed use, be a livable community, generate long-term revenue, integrate the station and development in a manner that will encourage and support transit use. The Property is owned by UTA and is within a ¾ mile walking distance of the REAL soccer stadium, Sandy Exposition Center, Sandy City Hall, Sandy Business Park, and SouthTowne Regional Shopping Mall. The site will also have a direct connection to the Dimple Dell preserve providing bicycle, pedestrian and horse trail connections to the Wasatch Mountain Range. Introduction The San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (“BART”) is pleased to announce the availability of property it owns at the Millbrae BART Station for private development. BART’s station area property offering is located within the City of Millbrae as depicted in Exhibits 1 and 2. BART is offering four parcels of its station area property as shown on Exhibit 2. All of the four parcels are offered to maximize flexibility to the development community. However, developers should clearly note that all of BART’s property is currently encumbered (as noted below). The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Reno (“Agency”) is seeking qualified firms and individuals to assist the City in developing a Master Plan (“Plan”) for the Reno Transportation Rail Access Corridor (“ReTRAC”) area, in order to identify the types of developments and businesses best positioned to meet and surpass the needs of the surrounding neighborhood.

Scope of Contract The purpose ofthis Request for Proposal is to enter into a contract with a highly qualified firm to assist the Tysons Land Use Task Force in identifying changes to the 1994 Comprehensive Plan for Tysons Corner by applying the best possible Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and urban design planning strategies for the future growth ofthe Tysons Corner Urban Center. These changes shall reflect the work ofthe Task Force as well as include community input, recognize the singular and vital role that Tysons plays in Fairfax County’s economic and social development, and maximize the advantageous utilization of four new Metrorail stations in accordance with the terms and conditions ofthe Request for Proposal. The selected consultant will work with the study’s current consultants: The Perspectives Group, which has been hired to manage public outreach and participation, and Cambridge Systematics, which has been hired as the study’s transportation consultant.

The Tri-County Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is the public transit provider for the Portland region. TriMet was responsible for construction of the Interstate MAX light rail project in North Portland, which was completed under budget. TriMet received approval from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to use a portion of these unspent funds to increase funding for station area development. The desired result of this development solicitation is selection of a Development Team to develop property purchased by TriMet for the purpose of promoting redevelopment in the Killingsworth MAX station area. TriMet is working closely with staff from the Portland Development Commission (PDC) and Metro’s Transit Oriented Development Implementation Program to coordinate station area development activities.
