Portland: Rose Quarter Oregonian
Doug Obletz's recent column in The Sunday Oregonian ("Reviving the Rose Quarter," March 22) painted a picture of new development at and adjacent to the Rose Garden, between Interstate 5 and the Willamette River. March 23, 2009|Reconnecting America CEO Poticha quoted in Time magazine cover story
More News & Resources:
Reconnecting America CEO Shelley Poticha was quoted in Time magazine's March 23 cover story on "10 ideas that are changing the world."
