Reconnecting America Program Director Catherine Cox Blair and Policy Associate Sasha Forbes will be in Miami on Feb. 26 for the Financing TOD and Infill Supportive Infrastructure Peer Exchange. The day-and-a-half-long event provides technical expertise from national practitioners on value capture, public-private partnerships, joint development and other innovative financing mechanisms such as tax-increment financing for TOD. The event will provide an opportunity for HUD/EPA Sustainable Communities Partnership grantees to share case studies and best practices from their own regions.
