Streetcars have become a popular topic in the United States after successful systems that focused on development were built in Seattle and Portland. Out of this movement has come the idea of development oriented transit and more than any other mode, development is the focal point. Research in this section ranges from develoment studies to greenhouse gas reports, of course, streetcar related.
