Reconnecting America President and CEO John Robert Smith will give the keynote address at the Urban Land Institute's conference in Atlanta on Dec. 7. The conference will explore how U.S. metropolitan regions are approaching development around transit in the new economy, and share information on challenges and effective approaches from Atlanta and elsewhere.
